The brief.

During the summer shutdown period, Leicester College commissioned a furniture upgrade at its Freemen’s Park campus. The project involved the supply and installation of 41 desks and pedestals, aimed at enhancing the workspace environment in the Construction Staff Room

Objectives

Modernise and standardise furniture in Construction Staff Room
Minimise disruption by completing work during the summer closure

Execution

The project was delivered in partnership with Gresham Office Furniture, utilising a direct delivery model. This approach eliminated the need for intermediate warehousing, reducing handling and transportation emissions.
