About the client.

Roshal have partnered again with CEF to deliver a full-scale branch refit at their Jacknell Road location in Hinckley. As part of CEF’s ongoing modernisation initiative, this refit represents a continued investment in customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand alignment.

The brief.

The key requirement was to transform the branch into a more modern, spacious, and customer-centric environment – while maintaining daily operations without disruption. The project demanded efficient planning, clear communication, and a phased approach to allow continuous trading throughout the renovation.

Our solution.

Roshal took on the project as a turnkey solution provider, managing all aspects of the refit from design to delivery. Key features of the transformation include:

• Front of House Redesign: A bright, modern look using light colours to open up the space. Strategic lighting and clean lines created a contemporary retail environment.
• Enhanced Merchandising Space: A reconfigured layout maximised product visibility and accessibility for customers.
• New Trade Counter: Featuring bespoke CEF branding, the new trade counter offers improved workflow for both customers and staff.
• Office Space: Roshal installed glass partitioning to divide the rear office area without sacrificing light or openness. The space was furnished with high-quality office furniture from one of our trusted UK partners.
• Uninterrupted Operations: CEF remained open and fully operational throughout the refit. Effective coordination between Roshal’s team and CEF staff ensured minimal disruption.

Current Status & Next Steps

Phase 1 of the project is now complete, and staff have moved into the updated space.

Phase 2 has commenced, with work starting on the installation of a New WC facility in the warehouse area. This staged approach ensures smooth transitions while maintaining business continuity.
