About the client

Mite, the nationwide Facilities Management company have been working with Roshal for many years and are the FM contractor that manage many sites for The Environment Agency including this one ‘Lea Marston’ in Warwickshire.

The brief.

Roshal were asked to repaint the existing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic screed to produce clear and visible spaces in their existing carpark.

Our solution.

Roshal were provided with a plan of how they wanted the layout of all spaces and our small works team attended to burn and relocate a disabled bay, paint over 30 car spaces including a new zebra crossing.

Roshal needed to keep all areas free of vehicles for the duration of the works. Our team undertook this in one day.
